Scenario: Accountants’ busy office over 4 floors in a Town Centre position. Limited storage for equipment and supplies. Client has had several attempts at outsourcing and own management of the cleaning routine.
The main problem was inconsistency of the service, unreliability of staff, disappointment of the quality of the clean. Cleaning Is Our Business were introduced via a referral from a satisfied customer.
Having visited the site Steve and his cleaning manager agreed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the client and began delivering a fully-managed, monitored and responsive service consisting of cleaning of all internal space 3 days every week.
